30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags. Proof of purchase (receipt or other evidence of purchase) is required.
Damaged or Defective Items
As we process and pack all orders with great care, damaged or defective items are rare. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sohappybaby.uk
Replacement: Once the damage or defect has been confirmed, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
Return Shipping
For all returns (whether due to defects or a change of mind), we will provide a prepaid return label.
Returns sent without prior authorization or without using the provided return label may not be accepted.
When returning items, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is properly handed over to the shipping carrier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Without proof of shipment, a refund may not be possible.

Inspection: Once your item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 48 hours to ensure it remains in its original condition.
Approval: You will be notified by email as soon as the inspection has been completed.
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected your return, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest possible service, exchanges are handled through a Return & Repurchase process:

Return your unwanted item to our warehouse for a full refund.

You may place a new order for the replacement item at any time.
This allows your new item to be shipped as quickly as possible without waiting for the return process to be completed.
Order Cancellations
Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Address Changes: Please contact us within 12 hours if you need to update your delivery address before your order leaves our warehouse.
European Union – 30-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items (Toys)
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized toys (for example, toys featuring names or photographs)

Toys that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened (for example, plush toys or bath toys)
All other toys may be returned within the 30-day return period.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once the return has been received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
