Welcome to So Happy Baby. We deliver baby and family products reliably and on time throughout the United Kingdom.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of £2.95 for all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or handling charges.
Delivery Time
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CET/CEST – German local time)
Processing Time: 1–2 business days, including order verification, quality checks, and packaging
Shipping Time: 7–10 business days, the time required by the shipping carrier to deliver your order after dispatch
Total Delivery Time: 8–12 business days
Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time through the official tracking portal of the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Changes: If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@sohappybaby.de. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly during checkout. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours. We work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution.
